Greenfield production facility
Context
A greenfield project in Suceava county: a new production hall built from scratch, relocation, and standing up the team and operations.
Intervention
Inbound and outbound logistics processes; the production area, layout, and production flow; choosing an ERP suited to the company’s size; 5S.
Outcome
The project lasted two years and was delivered together with the company’s internal team — thank you for the collaboration. Production execution, transfer, and truck-loading times went down.
