1. Site operator

The operator and rights holder for content published on this site is Florin Butnaru, as the individual behind the LeanDigital brand, based in Romania.

2. Purpose of the site

LeanDigital is the online presence of a personal brand. The site presents IT applications, Lean consulting services, editorial materials, and contact information. It is not an online shop and does not process payments for catalog listings.

3. Intellectual property

Text, images, the logo, page structure, app descriptions, and other materials on the site are protected by copyright and trademark law where applicable.

• Copying, distributing, modifying, or reusing content without prior written consent is prohibited, except for fair use permitted by law (e.g. brief quotation with attribution).
• The LeanDigital name, logo, and visual identity belong to the operator or its licensors.
• Content attributed to collaborators remains theirs where applicable; they are credited on the site where relevant.

4. App catalog — no direct commercial offer

Listed applications are informational. Links to demos, source code, or live versions are provided for documentation and evaluation; they do not constitute a firm offer to sell on this site.

Any commercial collaboration, licensing, or custom development is discussed separately, outside an “add to cart” flow.

5. Third-party services and links

The site may link to external websites (social networks, documentation, partners, apps hosted elsewhere). The operator does not control those sites’ content or policies.

6. Limitation of liability

Information on the site is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. The operator makes reasonable efforts to keep content accurate but does not guarantee that materials are complete, up to date, or error-free.

• The operator is not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from use or inability to use the site.
• App descriptions and consulting examples are illustrative; concrete implementation depends on each client’s context.
• Access to third-party services (hosting, analytics, forms) is subject to those providers’ terms.

This notice is governed by the laws of Romania and, where applicable, European Union rules. Disputes will be resolved amicably where possible; failing that, competent courts in Romania have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
