We went on to produce podcasts about people, process, and Lean culture. Those projects led to consulting: part-time, hybrid, grounded in real operations.

How do we work together?
LeanDigital isn’t a company — it’s a personal brand by Florin Butnaru. For consulting, we collaborate through part-time, hybrid engagement: we join the client’s team with a clear scope and limited time, focused on operations. We start with a short call; if it’s a fit, we agree on the frame and how we work together.
